Her Story
Before launching her recruiting career, Shannon worked as a CPA and Tax Associate in public accounting, giving her firsthand insight into the needs and expectations of both clients and candidates. She earned her degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and later completed a Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. A proud graduate of St. Gertrude High School, Shannon remains closely connected to the Richmond community.
