His Story
Travis was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He graduated from Benedictine College with a degree in Business Management. While there, he played college football and was part of the '92 team that was later inducted into the Benedictine Athletic Hall of Fame.

He lives in the country and is a big family man with his wife, Barb, of 28 years, and their 3 kids—two sons and one daughter.

Travis started TL Talent Advisors utilizing his 26 years of experience in the staffing industry. He has been nationally recognized as one of the top leaders in the recruiting industry as well as one of the top individual producers as an Executive Recruiter. Throughout his career, his specialization has been placing candidates with organizations in accounting, finance, HR, and supply chain.

In his free time, Travis enjoys hanging out with his family, working on their farm, riding 4-wheelers, fishing, playing golf, and coaching kids at the baseball fields. He is a big philanthropist, dedicating his time to raising money and giving back to organizations in the Kansas City community.
